Professional Cook / Commis Chef
The Professional Cook / Commis Chef is responsible for assisting with food preparation and cooking activities while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.
The successful candidate will prepare ingredients, assist senior chefs, cook assigned dishes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, store ingredients correctly, and follow recipes and food-safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with daily food preparation and cooking.
- Prepare vegetables, meat, seafood, sauces, and other ingredients.
- Follow recipes, preparation methods, and portion requirements.
- Cook assigned dishes according to kitchen standards.
- Assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquet, or buffet preparation.
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
