CCTV Operator
We are seeking alert and detail-oriented CCTV Operators to support security operations across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Georgia. CCTV Operator
The CCTV Operator is responsible for continuously monitoring surveillance cameras and security systems to help protect people, property, facilities, and restricted areas.
The successful candidate will monitor live and recorded footage, identify unusual activity, maintain surveillance logs, report incidents, and communicate with security personnel and supervisors when required.
This position is suitable for alert and responsible candidates with good observation skills who can remain focused while monitoring multiple surveillance screens.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
- Observe live camera feeds for unusual or suspicious activity.
- Monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, restricted zones, and other assigned locations.
- Identify potential security incidents and report them promptly.
- Monitor security alarms and related systems where assigned.
- Review recorded CCTV footage when required.
- Save or retrieve relevant footage according to company procedures.
- Maintain accurate CCTV monitoring logs.
- Record incidents, unusual activities, and security observations.
- Communicate security concerns to guards, supervisors, and management.
- Assist security teams with information from CCTV systems.
- Monitor access-control areas where required.
- Check camera functionality and report technical problems.
- Ensure surveillance equipment is operating correctly.
- Report damaged, offline, or malfunctioning cameras.
- Maintain confidentiality of surveillance information and recordings.
- Follow company CCTV and security procedures.
